By booking services with Season & Style, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Season & Style provides seasonal porch decorating and installation services for residential and commercial properties.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your installation date. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and may be adjusted due to weather, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Natural Materials

Many seasonal displays include natural materials such as pumpkins, flowers, greenery, and other decorative items. Variations in color, size, shape, and availability are normal and may differ from promotional photos.

Ownership of Decor

Unless otherwise stated, all décor and materials provided as part of the display become the property of the customer upon installation.

Weather and Outdoor Conditions

Season & Style is not responsible for damage, deterioration, theft, animal interference, weather-related impacts, or normal wear that occurs after installation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or installation scheduling has occurred. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. Season & Style reserves the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Photography

Season & Style may photograph completed displays for promotional and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Season & Style's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

Season & Style reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
